DELIVERY
Oriental Carpet Deliveries are shipped from NomadicKnots in Pretoria, South Africa. Items are shipped through Courier services. Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. You will be fully informed of dispatch and expected delivery dates.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING
1. All shipping, insurance and packaging within the borders of South Africa is free.
2, Dispatch of item(s) will be effected once full purchase price has been received.
3. All shipping and insurance costs outside the borders of South Africa are to be paid by the buyer.
4. Should buyers request shipping of their items to other countries, we will arrange this upon receipt of full payment and according to the buyer's instructions.
5. The quoted prices on items for sale exclude
South African sales tax.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by phone and confirm it by email at info@nomadicknots.com before the item is dispatched.
RETURNS POLICY
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unused.
